The light brown color of Meira's vanilla sugar is derived from the natural vanilla extract and the brown points of the sugar originate from a genuine vanilla bar. 

The taste, smell and appearance of vanilla sugar are completely different from vanillin sugar, which is white and contains vanillin flavor.
