Beauvais Appetit Cucumbers have a spicy taste, which makes them very suitable for burgers and as an accompaniment to meat dishes such as meatballs and lasagna and also works well in salad mixes.

They are made from grape gherkins which are cut into thick slices and pickled in a very spicy  brine  of vinegar, mustard and celery resulting in a sweet, rounded spicy taste and a crispy bite.
