Leksands Rye Crisp Round, 400g
Leksand Round was launched as early as the 1930s, and relaunched in 1990.
The bread is given its checkered pattern using a special rolling pin on the dough. The squares swell as the bread rises to form air-filled pillows, making the bread particularly tender and crispy.
Round Rut is particularly suitable to break into a bowl of cultured milk (Swedish fil) or soup. If you haven’t tried it with strawberries and milk, make sure you do so soon.
