Nalle Rye Cereal Flakes, 700g
With teddy bear rye flakes you can cook delicious porridge in just 3 minutes. Flakes contain good carbohydrates and are high in fibre, which promotes stomach function.
For two servings, heat two cups of milk or water to just before boiling. Add just under one cup of flakes and cook for 3 minutes stirring occasionally. Simmer on very low heat for two minutes covered.
